It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

I love dressing for all seasons, but nothing will ever compare to the holidays. It’s the perfect time to be extra in every way possible. I personally use it as an excuse to wear my most glam party dresses. Today’s post is in collaboration with Lane Bryant and features my favorite dress on their site currently and it will DEF sell out soon.

I’m wearing their Floral Chiffon Faux Wrap Dress in a size 18. This dress screams holiday party! The colors, the print, the fit, all of it. Aaaaand it’s appropriate enough to wear to a holiday office event too! You could actually wear this to any event all year round, so if you see me in these streets repeating this outfit, mind ya business haha! Although this is chiffon dress, the arms have a lot of room. I typically stay away from chiffon because there’s zero stretch, but they thought of everything. The arms have enough room, the shoulders have enough room and I don’t don’t feel constricted in the chest at all. I’m a DD so if something doesn’t have stretch, my chest is the first place I notice it. On the plus side, the dress is a faux wrap so there is elastic in the waistband!

To keep up with the holiday theme, I wanted to sparkle so of course I chose sparkly accessories–all Lane Bryant of course! The shoes are their Ankle Strap Heel with Black Stones that give it a nice low key sparkle without taking away from the dress. I usually wear gold jewelry, but I went silver with this look to give it that icy vibe. I’m wearing the Faceted Stone Chain Necklace and the Sparkling Stone Stud Earrings. They give the look just enough holiday shine!
