Happy Friday babes! It’s been a minute since I wrote a blog post, almost forgot how to do it haha. Today’s post features a dress from ASOS that I’ve scrolled past a million times, but finally decided to buy it. It’s so out of my comfort zone in every way that I actually fell in love with it.
First of all let’s talk about this color. When have ya’ll seen me in pink?? I’ll wait. There’s certain shades of pink that I can’t stand, but these two together are just lovely and perfect for Spring. The dress is made of super soft sweatshirt material making it comfortable and perfect if temps are still a little chilly. I’m wearing a size 20 and I could have sized down because it does stretch, but I actually like the looser fit because the belts helps bring my shape back.
My favorite part is obviously the open shoulder and turtle neck. I think without it, this dress wouldn’t be as special and I wouldn’t have bought it. It gives it a chic modern feel. Depending on were you work this would be a great office dress because it’s fun, but still conservative. And it can take you right into the night.
I wanted to keep the look monochromatic and minimal so I added a red clutch and clear/pink block heels. Where would you wear this?
