On Wednesdays We Wear Pink!

Happy hump day bb’s! I have the most cliche title, but it’s totally appropriate for today’s look! Every year I get a satin duster and this year I was able to get one in pink. AND it’s my favorite shade of pink soooo, I’m sold.

Today’s look is one of my faves because it’s so simple. It’s the details and accessories that take it to the next level. For starters, the pink satin already looks amazing, and the sleeves are sheer and stretchy. It’s a nice contrast from the satin. The duster is from Fashion to Figure and I’m wearing a size 2. I wanted the look to be sleek and sexy so I wore high waist distressed jeans and a lace-up white bodysuit. The jeans are from Forever 21 and you’ve seen me wear them in previous blog posts because I’m obsessed with them. You don’t have to wear a bodysuit, a tucked in shirt will do, but I haven’t worn this one yet and I wanted to see how I liked it. It ended up being too short–like most bodysuits are on me, but I made it work. Here’s a similar white bodysuit to the one I was wearing. My favorite parts of this look ( aside form the duster) are the holographic quilted crossbody bag and the silver heels!! You can never go wrong with a pop of metallic. This look is perfect for a cute date or you can ditch the jeans and bodysuit and go with a sleek bodycon dress.
