Most of the time layers are long, billowy and used to add coverage. Today I’m doing the exact opposite–I’m keeping them cropped with a peek of mid-drift.
I recently got this lovely mustard cropped turtleneck sweater from Forever 21 (it also comes in black) and I was so excited because it didn’t have holes in it, it’s thick and it’s the perfect cropped length for me since I usually prefer a pretty short crop. For reference I’m wearing a 3x. When I tried it on I was wearing a bralette and I absolutely loved how the two pieces looked together. It’s like a peek of sexy under the sweater. The bralette I’m wearing is from Torrid and it’s a size 2. I paired it with some distressed jeans from Forever 21. I’m wearing a size 20 in the jeans and they have so much stretch that I’m not worried about the thigh rip getting any bigger. Keep in mind that I’m 5’10” so the jeans look cropped on me, however on a normal person they’ll be regular length haha. For accessories I added a long necklace and an old F21 black bag(similar linked below).
