Lace and Flares

I’m happy to report that I think I found my perfect holiday party dress. It’s not the typical sparkles and glitter that I go for which makes it perfect for the office party. It’s a lovely lace sheath dress from Dressbarn what has the most darling flared sleeves. I have never worn a sheath dress because they’re really tight on the hips for me, however this one gave me plenty of room without hiding my shape. This dress is great for the office holiday party because the length is perfect and the neckline is pretty conservative. The flare sleeves add a pop of fun to the dress too! I have bigger arms so I’m always skeptical about flare sleeves, but these aren’t tight at all and give me full range of motion. I decided to go with simple gold accessories and a neutral clutch so as not to take away from the lace details of the dress.
