Go Long

In the past couple weeks I’ve found myself gravitating more towards maxi dress and I think it’s has something to do with the fact that I’ll be a beach bum in Mexico this weekend and again next month. I think maxi dresses are the perfect vacation dress because they allow you to look put together and still be comfortable. You guys know my biggest thing with fashion is comfort. It’s my top priority. Because how can you be confident in something you’re not completely comfortable in? So today I’m going to show you the first of many maxi dresses I’ll be wearing this summer.
This dress is from Fashion to Figure and I’ve discovered that they’re pretty much the only place I can get maxi dresses from because they’re actually long enough on me. I’m 5’10” and I looove to wear heels so when I find a dress long enough I’ve basically won the lottery. The dress comes in FIVE different colors, but I love coral so I picked that one. It’s a very simple dress, but the twist detail in front gives it an elevated feel. The fabric is really soft and stretchy and it’s flows beautiful in a breeze. I chose to dress it down with a denim jacket and sandals. However it would look beautiful with a pair of heels and a clutch.
