Staycation | Part 1: TGIF

This post is part 1 of a 3 part staycation series. You’ll see an inside peek of how two blogger besties spend the weekend in Scottsdale, AZ. Today’s post illustrates the perfect way to kick back in style. These outfits are around $100 and these pieces are perfect to transition you right into fall!

To start our staycation off right Jolene and I spent our Friday night having girl time while grabbing some drinks and dinner in Old Town. I wanted a sleek and minimal look, but also me that would stand out. I chose a simple purple midi dress and added some shine with a gold shoulder chain. The dress is from Fashion to figure and is extremely comfortable, lightweight and doesn’t slide up when I walk(bonus!!) It’s 3/4 sleeves which is perfect if you’re not a fan of showing your arms. The color is absolute perfection and will be perfect for fall too!
